Anyone going to see Andy and Darren at the Stables in Mullingar? It's the finest little underground club in the country. Small, converted from horse stables (!), cool crowd, cool people running it, no sign of any corporate dollar making activities either. It's the business. And far better than going to see the boys in Dublin, not only is it half the price to get in, but the drink's half the price as well. I was there last week for this acoustic gig with the singer from The Frames (cool Irish band) and the place was still nuts! C'mon someone must be going! Answer me! Go on a holiday, the venue is right bang in the middle of the country, lakes outside the town, the lot! I only moved there a while ago but love the place. And to have 808 there, whoooahhhh shit! the world is good!
