The worst broadband provider ever, with the worst customer service ever, have managed to exceed themselves; they cut me off the Internet and in the process managed to delete my e-mail account. This means that all my messages on the server were lost. If you sent me any mail between 18 and 22 July, please re-send. Anyone considering to join UPC / Chello I strongly advise not to touch them...
